摘要
本文首次利用傅里叶变换红外光谱法 (FTIR)无损快速鉴别了六色灵芝真菌。结果表明 :白、黄、黑、青、赤和紫灵芝均有自己的红外特征谱 ,据谱图吸收峰的相对强度的差异可以达到灵芝类同的鉴别和灵芝的稳定性预测。该方法快速、简便、可靠。
In this article, a method of using Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) to detect Ganoderma lucidurn of six colors rapidiy and undamaged is reported. As the result, each of the samples, which are Coriolus versicolor, Ganoderma lucidurn, Laetiporus sulphureus, Fomitopsis offcinalis, Amauroderma rugosum and Ganoderma sinense, has its characteristic infrared spectrum, By the difference of the relative intensity of those absorption peaks, different kind of Ganoderma lucidums can be detected and prediction of their stability. It is very fast, simple, reliable and has no solution effects.
