摘要
利用红外光谱 ,热分析及红外光谱 色谱联用技术对某未知样品进行了分析。通过分析 ,可知该物质为丙三醇硬脂酸单酯 ,并含有少量的硬脂酸甲酯和十六烷基酸甲酯 ,这两种微量物质的比为 1∶2。
By using FTIR, TG, DSC, GC-FTIR, an unknown sample has been determined and quantified as glycarol monostearate. From TG analysis, weights of the first step loss is 38.36% the second step loss is 58.18% the most loss rates occure at 250 degreesC and 405degreesC Through by collecting and examining the gases of these two steps GC-FTIR we can know the sample includes minor methyl stearat and methyl octadecanoate, the mole percent is 1:2.
