摘要
本文报道用X 射线衍射 (XRD) ,TEM和FTIR光谱考察了在不同的制备条件下BSA SDS Ag、明胶 SDS Ag和SDS Ag聚合物纳米微粒的结构、形貌以及表面性质。随制备条件的不同 ,微粒的表面形貌有很大的差异。体系在微乳液状态下 ,用甲醛作还原剂 ,可把银离子还原为单质 ,进而聚集成包裹型的团状微粒 ,微粒粒径 32~ 6 0nm ;微粒表面结构复杂 ,表明Ag+ 先与蛋白质中的某些氨基酸残基产生化学键合 ,再还原为Ag粒 ,进而聚合成网状结构的聚合物。
The structure,pattern and surface properties of polymeric nanoparticles for BSA SDS Ag,Gelatin SDS Ag and SDS Ag species have been reported in this paper,which are about the size of 32-60 nm and were investigated by XRD,TEM and IR.The surface pattern of particles have made difference with distinct condition of preparation.Silver(Ⅰ) ion can be reduced to element Ag by formaldehyde when the system in microemulsion condition,which collect to coated granular progress.The structure of surface for particles is complex,and shows that Sivler(Ⅰ) is chemical binding with some residual of amino acid in protein at first,then reducted to Ag,and finally collected to polymeric particles with netted structure.
