摘要
研究了环丙沙星在胶束体系中的荧光性质 ,发现十二烷基硫酸钠对环丙沙星有较强的增敏作用 ,据此建立了胶束增敏荧光光谱法测定痕量环丙沙星的新方法。经样品测定 ,其线性范围为 0 0 33～ 0 6 6 μg·mL-1,检出限为 0 0 33μg·mL-1,回收率为 94 0 %～ 98 1%相对标准偏差为 1 5 %～ 2 8%。
The fluorescence characteristics of ciprofloxacin (CPFX) in micellar systems have been studied. The experiments indicate that SE)S micellar systems can enhance greatly the fluorescence signal. A new method of sensitized fluorescence using the micellar system for the trace analysis of ciprofloxacin has been developed. The linear range was 0.033-0.66 mug (.) mL(-1) and the detection Limit was 0.033 mug-mL(-1), the RSD was 1.5%-2.8% and the recovery within the range of 94.0%-98.1%.
