摘要 用流动注射在线离子交换技术对Ba2 + 进行富集 ,用EDTA作掩蔽剂消除Fe3 + ,Al3 + 等离子的干扰 ,火焰原子吸收法测定钢铁和钡合金中微量钡。方法的测定范围为 10~ 10 0 μg·mL-1,进样频率为 14样品·h-1。得到了满意的结果。 Method for the separation and preconcentration of barium were investigated. A micro ion exchange column was adapted in flow injection system for on-line separation and preconcentration followed by FAAS determination of barium. The primary process is in the medium of acetic acid-ammonium acetate at pH = 3.5. the EDTA reacts with the ion of Fe3+, Al3+ and Fe3+, Al3+ are converted to anions which are not absorbed by cation exchange resins, simultaneously Ba' is enriched at the cation exchange column and transported to FAAS for determining after it is washed off by 1.7 mol(.)L(-1) nitric acid solution. The linear range of determination of 10-100 mug(.)mL(-1). The sampling rate is 14 samples-h(-1). The method has been used to determine barium in steel and alloy with satisfactory results.
