青年编辑是国家创新体系中学术期刊功能的主要实现者和推动者。人才培养 ,特别是青年编辑人才的培养是学术期刊最重要的工作。对青年编辑自我修养与自我成才之路进行了初步探讨 ,对发挥青年编辑的积极作用提出了一些看法 。

The young editors are the key in the realization of the functions of all academic journals in the National Innovation System. The training of talents, especially young editors, is the most important work of the academic journals. Some proposals are given on the self cultivation and the elevation of working ability of young editors. It will be helpful for self study and exchange of young editors.
