As a new competitive weapon,information technology(IT)is creating a great influence to the competitive advantage of enterprise.This paper introduces the principle of the competitive advantage of enterprise,and then analyzes the influences that IT brings to the competitive advantage of enterprise.Finally,it puts forward some countermeasures for improving the competitive advantage of enterprise in IT environment.
