摘要
计算机网络以燎原之势在全球范围内蓬勃发展起来 ,对隐私权的侵犯也出现了许多新的特点 ,隐私权的保护越来越引起人们的关注和重视。本文从法律与道德并济 ,加强网络管制两个方面进行了阐述和分析。只有不断地借鉴国际经验 ,在实践中不断探讨 。
As the rapid development of computer network,it appears many new features of infringing private,and protecting private has become more and more important.The paper analyses from legal and morals,strengthening network management.Only refer to international experience and improve in practice,can private be protected well.
