摘要
本文研制了一种热计算机直接制版 (CTP)版材。版材的感光层涂布于经粗化和阳极氧化处理的铝基上 ,感光层主要由红外吸收染料、可熔性酚醛树脂、酚醛清漆树脂、碘盐和着色剂等组成 ,经曝光和预热试验 ,版材的网点再现率达到了 2 %~ 98% ,分辨力为 6 μm。
A kind of lithographic printing plate that has an imaging layer, comprising an admixture of (1) resole resin, (2) novolac resin, (3) latent Bronsted acid (4) infrared absorber, (5) and colorant, has been prepared. The dot density of the printing plate ranges from 2 to 98 percent, and the resolution can reach 6 μm. On the aspect of making printing plate these characteristics achieve acceptance criterion of printing.
