摘要
研制出一种新型红外比色测温仪。其主要特点是工作波长 λ2 =2 λ1 ,即倍波长关系。与一般比色测温仪相比较 ,可以减小 1%的测量误差 ,从而提高准确度 1%。测温范围 6 0 0~ 30 0 0℃。研究了比辐射率问题 ,利用黑体探头校正比辐射率。
In the paper it is described that new Infrared (IR) measuring temperature instrument with double wavelength(λ 2=2λ 1).Its measurement precision raise 1 % compared to conventional IR measuring temperature instrument.Its range of measurement is 600~3 000 ℃ and accuracy is 1±%.Radiance of substance is dealt with the emissivity was calibrated with black body radiation.It can be applied to metallurgical industry.
