用激光散斑技术监测药物作用下淋巴流的变化 被引量:3

Monitoring the Change of Lymph Flow Under the Drug's Influence by Laser Speckle Method

摘要 本文采用激光散斑零点法 (ZCL S)监测了在不同剂量的盐酸异丙肾上腺素作用下大鼠肠系膜上淋巴流的流速变化 ,并与传统的单帧分析方法获得的结果进行比较。两种方法获得的平均流速变化一致 :开始时随着盐酸异丙肾上腺素浓度的增加 (10 - 7mol/ L~ 10 - 5mol/ L) ,淋巴流平均流速减小 ;在浓度为10 - 5mol/ L 时 ,淋巴流平均流速减小达到显著性水平 ;当浓度继续增加至 10 - 4m ol/ L,平均流速开始增加 ,但未达到显著性水平。不同的是 ,采用本文方法同时获得了淋巴流流速的实时动态特征 ,在药物作用下 ,其动态特征也发生了改变。 The velocity changes of lymph flow under the application of isoprenaline of different doses were monitored by using zero crossings method of laser speckle (ZCLS) and conventional frame by frame analysis as well.The consistent results in the change of mean velocities were obtained by the two methods.They showed that the mean velocity fo lymph flow decreased with the increase of isoprenaline doses (10 -7 ~10 -5 mol/L) at first,and this decrease showed significance only at the dose of 10 -5 mol/L.when the dose increased to 10 -4 mol/L,the mean velocity increased but not significantly.The real time velocities of lymph flow were obtained using ZCLS,which showed that under the influence of the drugs,the dynamics of the velocity changed.These indicated that ZCLS was promising to be a simply and quick method for measuring lymph flow velocities in physiological and pharmacological studies.
