摘要
本文将我国电信产业的发展划分为三个历史阶段 ,高度概括性地比较了各阶段的特点 ;在总结分析前两个阶段的基础上 ,预见性地提出 ,在新的历史发展阶段中 。
This paper divides the development history of our country's telecommunication industry into three periods, compares the characteristics of every period with others high briefly, on the basis of the summary of former two periods, puts forward twelve important conversions in new developmental period of our telecommunication industry in advance.
