摘要
采用耐光氧化鉴定筛选技术、加性 -显性遗传模型和统计分析方法 ,研究了水稻耐光氧化反应特性的遗传规律 .结果表明 ,水稻耐光氧化反应特性是一遗传性状 ,受加性效应和显性效应基因共同控制 .其中加性效应基因作用更强 ,遗传率较高 .在杂交早代结合优良农艺性状进行鉴定和筛选 ,可望获得较好的选择效果和遗传进展 .亲本的遗传效应值分析表明 ,0 2 42 8、Lemont、IR661 5 8-3 7和 IR65 60 0 -85具有较强的耐光氧化反应特性 。
Genetic behavior of characteristic of tolerance to photooxidation in rice was studied with the screening and identification techniques for tolerance to photooxidation, additive dominant genetic model and analysis methods. The results showed that the characteristic of tolerance to photooxidation in rice was inheritable and controlled by both additive and dominant effects. The additive effect functioned stronger with higher heritability. The identification and screening for characteristic of tolerance to photooxidation and execellent agronomic traits can be conducted in early hybridization generation and may abtain good selective effect and genetic progress. Based on the analysis of genetic effect from parents, 02428, Lemont, IR66158 37 and IR65600 86 were excellent parents with good tolerance to photooxidation and could be applied to rice physiological breeding for high photosynthetic efficiency.
