摘要
介绍了果树核 DNA的提取及目的基因分离的研究方法 ,并对核 DNA的几种主要提取方法的优缺点进行比较 。
Extraction of nuclear DNA, isolation and cloning of target genes in fruit trees were first introduced in this paper. Then the advantages and disadvantages of several main extraction methods for nuclear DNA were compared. Finally the names and types of target genes isolated were listed.
