摘要
选用不同品种的“建莲”地下茎茎尖为外植体进行离体再生研究 .结果表明 :对“建莲”地下茎茎尖培养 ,品种间存在一定差异 ;筛选出了适合于“建莲”地下茎茎尖离体培养的分化培养基 ,即 MS+2 mg·L- 1 ZT+0 .5 mg· L- 1 GA3;增殖培养基为 MS+3 mg· L- 1 BA+0 .5 mg· L- 1 NAA;生根培养基为 MS+0 .5 mg· L- 1 BA+0 .1 mg· L- 1 IBA+1 .0 mg· L- 1 NAA。
The underground shoot tips of Lotus cutivars in Jianning were used as explants for in vitro propagation. The results were as follows: there were differences of underground shoot tip culture among Lotus cultivars in Jianning, suitable inducible medium for underground shoot tip in vitro propagation was MS+2 mg·L -1 ZT+0.5 mg·L -1 GA 3; the proliferate medium was MS+3 mg·L -1 BA+0.5 mg·L -1 NAA; the rooting medium was MS+0.5 mg·L -1 BA+0.1 mg·L -1 IBA+1.0 mg·L -1 NAA. Furthermore, the plantlets with roots were transplanted successfully.
