鸡抗猪大肠杆菌卵黄抗体的研制与应用

Application of specific yolk antibody of chicken origin to the control of enteric colibacillosis in piglets

用猪致病性大肠杆菌 K88、K99、987P、F4 1 标准菌株制成的灭活油佐剂作为免疫原 ,待产蛋鸡免疫后收集高免卵黄 ,然后提取、纯化 ,精制成鸡抗猪大肠杆菌特异性高免卵黄抗体并用于临床 .结果表明该制剂安全性好 ,每头仔猪注射或口服 2-4m L剂量预防仔猪大肠杆菌性腹泻 。

Standard strains of Escherichia coli with K 88 , K 99 , 987P and F 41 pilus antigens plus oil emulsion adjuvant were used as immunogens to immunize laying hens. After immunization, all yolks from these layers were collected and then abstracted, purified and refined into a highly specific yolk antibody preparation which was applied to clinical treatment of piglets' enteric colibacillosis. The results showed that this yolk antibody preparation was ideal in safety and effectiveness in the control of colibacillus diarrhea in piglets by either oral administration or hypodemic injection at a dose of 2-4 mL per head.
