周毛德克斯氏菌产生胞外多糖的适宜条件的探讨(Ⅱ)

Study on the appropriate conditions for the production of exopolysaccharide by Derxia peritricha sp. nov. (Ⅱ)

试验结果表明 ,周毛德克斯氏菌产生胞外多糖的适宜条件为每 1 0 0 m L培养液接种 1 2 -1 6m L菌液 ,3 2℃培养 3 -4d,每升培养液中酵母膏的适宜添加量为 0 .5 g,发酵液的起始 p H值为 5 .5 -7.2 .试验中还对培养基的 4种主要成分即玉米糖、玉米浆、K2 HPO4 和葡萄糖酸钙进行正交试验 ,筛选出的最佳组合为 :每升培养液中玉米糖 40 m L、玉米浆 5 m L、K2 HPO4 0 .2 g、葡萄糖酸钙 2 .0

The results showed the appropriate conditions for the production of exopolysaccharide by Derxia peritricha sp. nov. were as follows: the inoculation volume per 100 mL media was 12-16 mL; the culture period was 3-4 days; the addition of yeast extract was 0.5 g per liter media; the initial pH for incubation was 5.5-7.2. The orthogonal experiment showed the best combination was as follows: 40 mL hydrolysed sugar from maize starch, 5 mL corn steep liquor, 2.0 g calcium gluconate, 0.2 g K 2HPO 4 per liter.
