摘要
先进文化是中国共产党的先进性的本质体现。在新形势下加强先进文化建设 ,是党永葆先进性和实现民族振兴的客观需要。发展先进文化 ,必须增强全党的先进文化意识 ,造就一大批能够准确把握先进文化前进方向的党员干部队伍 ,进一步提高党对发展先进文化的领导水平。发展先进文化 ,必须自觉遵循先进文化发展的客观规律 ,努力发扬创新精神 ,坚持在创新中发展 ,在发展中创新 ,在创新中代表。
The advanced nature of the Communist Party of China is best represented through advanced cultures. The new circumstances see the necessity of building advanced cultures in order for the Party to remain advanced and revitalize the Chinese nationality. To successfully realize this purpose, awareness of advanced cultures on the part of all Party members must be raised, a large number of party leaders must be produced who can see clearly and correctly where the advanced cultures develop, and the art of the Party's leadership over advanced cultures must be improved. In addition, the objective laws governing the development of advanced cultures must be willingly observed, and at the same time innovations encouraged to carry advanced cultures steadily forward.
