The Life Story of Hu Sansheng and His Works: A Second Look

笔者曾于 1990年在《盐城师专学报》第 3期发表《胡三省生平与著作简况概评》。近年来 ,研究胡三省生平的文章渐多 ,拜读之下 ,获益匪浅 ;但其中仍有一些讹误。为了与有关作者商榷和求教于读者、专家 ,谨在《概评》的基础上 ,做必要的调整和补充 ,作再评于下。

The author's publication of 'On the Life Story of Hu Sansheng and His works' in 1990 (see No.3, 1990, Journal of Yancheng Teachers College) marked the beginning of academic interest in Hu Sansheng. More research articles have appeared in recent years. While some have made good insight into Hu's life story, some others, however, are not devoid of errors. This article is a second attempt to consult the experts, readers and relevant authors.
