A correct, scientific and objective evaluation of the comprehensive quality of college students is an important factor in impleme nting quality education. Therefore, a quantitative evaluation system for college -students' comprehensive quality is to be established and perfected. The author also discusses the possible best approach to the establishment of such a system.
