摘要 针对机场跑道混凝土所处环境、受力特征以及对修补材料的性能要求 ,提出采用超塑化、膨胀、树脂掺入等复合手段 ,大幅度改善钢纤维混凝土基质材料的结构性能。通过高效粘结 ,充分发挥了钢纤维的增韧抗冲击作用 ,使这种有机无机复合、金属非金属复合的混凝土材料具有优异的抗冲击性和耐磨性。实验结果表明 ,机场跑道混凝土特别是飞机起降区域板块适合采用 SPE-SFRC复合材料。在基础稳定的条件下 ,基本可在设计使用年限内无须大修 ,其社会、经济效益巨大。 Based on environment around the concrete in runway, characteristic of force and requirement of material properties used to repair, several methods such as adding superplasticizer, expanding agent and rein to improve structural properties of the basic material of SFRC are presented .By effective bonding ,toughness and impact resistance of steel fiber are greatly improved and materials composed with organic & inorganic substances and metallic & non metallic materials possess high impact resistance & abrasion resistance. After the tests of several groups of only compressive strength,10 sets of proportion are selected to test the tensile strength, compressive strength, impermeability test of concrete. In addation, in order to study the effect of adding expanded agent and toughness agent on deformation of material, behavior of shrinkage and expansion of 3 sets of mortar is tested. Experiment indicates that SPE SFRC material is specially suitable for the runway area where airplanes take off or land. If foundation is stable, the concrete in the runway won′t be repaired during service time and it is very economic.
