血红素制备工艺的实验研究

Research on the Heme Preparation Techniques

采用醋酸钠法、蒸馏法、单宁酸法、羧甲基纤维素法、血粉法制备血红素 ,比较几种血红素制备工艺的得率、纯度、成本 ,提出一种较为理想的制备技术。并综合评价各种方法的提取得率、纯度及大致生产成本。用血粉法提取血红素其纯度可达 95 %以上 ,而且工艺简单、成本低廉 ,可用于工业生产。

To compare and evaluate the yield,purity and appronimate costs of the kinds of heme preparation techniques. Sodium acetate method, distillation method,tannic acid method,CMC method,pig blood powder method(this is called the new method). As compared with other techniques,this new mathod has been proved to be a simple-thchnologied,high-puritied which is over 95% and low-costed technique. This new method can be applied in industry production.
