摘要
目的 :探讨热休克蛋白 70 (HSP70 )表达与人乳头瘤病毒 (HPV)感染的关系。方法 :用免疫组化和原位PCR技术对 78例阴茎癌组织进行检测。结果 :阴茎癌组织中HSP70阳性表达率为 6 1.5 % (48 78) ,明显高于对照组的 11.5 % (P <0 .0 1) ,而与癌旁非典型增生组织中的表达无明显差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。阴茎癌组织中HPVDNA阳性率为 6 9.2 % (5 4 78) ,5 4例HPVDNA阳性组织中有 38例 (70 .4 % )HSP70表达阳性 ,高于HPVDNA阴性组织的表达率(41.7% ,P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :HSP70与阴茎癌的发生发展有密切关系 ,HSP70的表达增高可能与HPV16和
Purpose:To investigate the expression heat shock protein 70(HSP70) and infection of human papillomavirus(HPV) in penis carcinomas. Methods:Immunohistochemical and in situ PCR were used to detected the expression of HSP70 and HPV in 78 cases carcinomas.Results:The rate of HSP70 positive expression in penis carcinomas was 61.5%(48/78). It was significantly higher than the normal tissues (11.5%, P <0.01), but the rates of HSP70 positive expression between penis carcinomas and paratumor tissue with atypical hyperplasic have no significantly difference ( P >0.05). HPV positive rate was 69.2%(54/78) in penis carcinomas, of which 38(70.4%) cases HSP70 positive. It was higher significantly than the HPV negative tissues (41.7%, P <0.05).Conclusions:There is a close relationship between HSP70 and the development of penis carcinomas. The overexpression of HSP70 can be infected by HPV16 and18 in penis carcinoma cells.
