血管内皮生长因子与口腔鳞癌临床分期及微血管密度的关系

摘要 目的 探讨血管内皮生长因子 (VEGF)与口腔鳞癌临床分期及微血管密度的关系。 方法 应用免疫组化S P法检测 5 2例口腔鳞癌中VEGF、CD3 4 的阳性表达。 结果 在 5 2例口腔鳞癌中Ⅰ~Ⅳ期的VEGF阳性表达率无显著性差异 ,但Ⅳ期患者的VEGF阳性表达强度较高 (P <0 .0 1) ,微血管密度 (MVD)与VEGF阳性表达强度存在正相关关系 (rs=0 .776 ,P <0 .0 1)。 结论 口腔鳞癌患者VEGF阳性表达率高 ,MVD增高 。 Objective To explore the correlations among the expressions of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) to clinical stages and microvascular density (MVD) of oral squamons cell carcinomas. Methods The expressions of VEGF and CD 34 in 52 patients with oral squamous cell carcinomas were detected by immunohistochemical S P method. Results The positive rates of VEGF expressions were no statistical significances among different stages of 52 patients with oral squamous cell carcinomas(P>0.05),but the expression intensity of VEGF in IV stage was higher than that in Ⅰ and Ⅱ stags(P<0.01,P<0.05).The positive intensity of VEGF expression was positively correlated with MVD (r s=0.776,P<0.01). Conclusion The positive rates of VEGF expression and MVD in oral squamous cell carcinomas are increased. VEGF play an important role in regulating the formation of tumor vessels.
