摘要
目的 探讨静脉肌袢代瓣术后深静脉血栓形成的原因及预防措施。方法 将 1991年～ 2 0 0 0年分为早期阶段 ( 1991～ 1995年 )和近期阶段 ( 1996～ 2 0 0 0年 )。通过对术前准备、术中操作、术后处理进行全面分析 ,探讨深静脉血栓形成的原因并提出预防措施。结果 10年间行肌袢代瓣术 818例 ,发生深静脉血栓形成 2例 ,均在早期阶段。结论 静脉肌袢代瓣术后深静脉血栓形成的原因是多方面的 ,也是可以预防的。
Objective To study the causes and prevention on the deep venous thrombosis after substitute valve operation for severe deep venous insufficiency of the lower limbs.Methods Thrombosis occurred in 2 cases out of 818 cases operated on from 1991 to 2000 were studied.Stage of 1991 to 2000 was divided into two stages,that is early stage(1991～1995)and late stage(1996～2000).Preparation before operation,operating in operation,handle after operation were assessed to find out the causes and prevention.Results There are two cases in whom thrombosis occurred in cases and the two cases took place in early stage.Conclusions There aremany factors in thrombosis and it can be prevented.
