摘要
针对某专用瞄准经纬仪读数系统复杂、读数过程繁琐、读数精度受到诸多限制等突出问题 ,设计了一种能代替人眼进行瞄准读数或设备检定的计算机判读系统。系统运用了 Windows多线程、分割阈值自适应选取、矩心法图像细分、图像倾斜自动校正、连通域识别字符等多项技术 ,具有测量精度高、识别实时性好、自动化程度高等显著特点 ,在很大程度上发掘了该设备的应用潜力 。
