High Intellectual Frequency Meter in Virtual Electronic Instruments Based on FLEX10K Device

摘要 介绍以 Altera公司 FL EX10 K器件为虚拟仪器群核 ,辅之以少量的模拟电路 ,在 Windows95 / 98下借助 Delphi5 .0实现的操作界面 ,由 PC机完成对幅度为 5 0 m V~ 10 V、频率为 1Hz~ 10 MHz的正弦波、方波、三角波等周期信号 ,完成 10 - In this paper, a virtual frequency meter with the FLEX10K chip made in Altera Company is introduced The meter is assisted with necessary analogue circuits and controlled by PC By means of Delphi 5 0 the man computer interface is realized in Windows95/98 The cycle signals such as sine wave, square wave and triangular wave etc are tested automatically with the precision of 10 -5 , whose voltage range from 50mV to10V and frequency range from 1Hz to 10MHz The instruments' design principle and realizing method are also given
