Underthebackgroundofeconomicglobalization,notonlythemutualcomplementation,interconnectiondependenceinthedevelopmentofsocialeconomyhavebeenstrengthened,butalsotheextensiveintercommunicationcooperationamongdifferentcountrieshaveenteredanewage,Nowadaystheinternationaldevelopmentofhigherecationhasbecomeanimportanttrend.Asapost-industrializedcountry,thehighereducationinChinastartedralate.In1980s,asthehighereducationinChinalaunched,thehighereducationinmanyothercountrieshasbecomemainchannelintrainingsociallabors.ThisshowsthatthehighereducationinChinashouldfromthethoughtsofgalization,broadentheviewandintroducethemodeofrunningschools,thouthtsofeducation,coursesystems,professitextbooksandteachingmethods,andalsoshouldmakefulluseofinternationaleducationresources,strenthentheinnationalcommunication,andcooperatewithothercountriesandtakethedevelopmentwayofglobalization.
