The Watershed Management in the 21st Century in China

流域管理在国家区域开发和环境保护中具有重要的地位,国外在流域管理方面有较为成功的经验。通过分析国外流域管理的经验和发展趋势,结合我国流域管理的现状以及存在的问题,提出了中国面向21世纪的流域管理应着重解决的问题。

Watershed management is of much importance in the national regional development and environment protection.There are many successful experiences and advanced management methods in watershed management in the developed countries.This paper analyzes their management approaches and the existing or forthcoming problems in China.Also the paper put forward some suggested solutions about watershed management in the 21st century in China.
