摘要
企业战略管理正变得越来越以人力资源管理为中心,从而提出了一个战略性人力资源管理的配置模型。根据这一模型,组织效率取决于经营环境、竞争战略、战略性人力资源管理活动、支持HRM的管理活动等4个方面的交互作用。这4方面的不同配置将带来不同水平的组织效率,管理者可以利用这一配置模型诊断组织现状,协调各种变化,提高竞争优势。
Nowadays, HRM is becoming the center of straregic management in most organizations. In this article, a conceptual strategic HRM configuration model is presented. The model emphasizes that the organization effectiveness is determined by the interactions among the four areas: competitive environment, business strategy, HRM practices, and management support for HRM. Different configurations of these four factors can cause different levels of orhanization effectiveness. Managers may use this model to diagnose the present state of the organization and align changes to increase competitive advantage.
