摘要
铁路企业现行工资收入分配体制存在诸多问题 ,难以适应现代企业制度的要求。提出按劳分配和按生产要素参与分配相结合的多种分配方式 ,逐步实行市场机制调节、站段自主分配、职工民主参与、国家监控指导的收入分配制度 ,使铁路企业发挥主观能动性 ,不断提高生产效率和经济效益。
There are many problems in the existing salary allocation mechanism in railway enterprises, which don't match the requirements of modern enterprise system. This paper puts forward a diversified remunerating system of allocation based on one's work and in accordance with the production elements. Then it will be established gradually an income allocation system of regulation by market mechanism, of allocation decided by stations & divisions, of participation by all staff and of direction & control by government. With this system, railway enterprises can elaborate its voluntariness and continually improve their productivity and economic profits.
