库场管理是港口货物流动流程中的重要环节 ,天津港第五港埠公司与天津港信息中心合作开发的港口库场计算机图形格式化管理系统的投入使用 ,为港口企业科学的管理库场提供了科学依据 ,提高了库场的利用率和周转率 ,明显提升了企业效益 ,加快了企业向国际现代化港口企业发展的步伐。文章讲述了该系统的设计思路及实现管理功能 。

The application of the computer formatted graphics management system,which is developed jointly by the Fifth Wharf Co.of the Tianjin Port and the Information Center of the Tianjin Port,improves efficiency and profits.This paper deals with the design and mangement function of the system.
