摘要
伴随21世纪的到来,世界各国都面临着亟待解决的能源需求问题。寻找和开发利用清洁高效的可再生新能源,是解决未来能源问题的主要出路。在我国这样一个特殊的国情之下,制定出合理的新世纪能源开发利用规划已成为当务之急。
Along with the coming of the 21st century, every country of the world encountered with the problem of energy requirement. So it is the mean way of resolving the problem to Search and develop cleaning, effective and reproducible energy. Under such a special saturation of our country, we are urged to make a reasonable plan of developing the energy in the new century.
