摘要
针对石化企业生产连续性强 ,必须保证电气系统安全可靠运行的特点 ,从向量差角度阐述了在实际生产中进行电源自动切换时产生易烧坏绕组或可能危及绝缘等负面影响 ,可通过检测母线残压与电源电压的相位差及准确决定开路时间常数来解决。电源切换后 ,再起动电动机可用PC机来控制 ,能使起动过程更合理。
To solve the problem of a continuous production for petro chemical enterprise,the property of electrical system for safety and reliable have to kept in production.The paper explains the poor influence from vector difference when power automatic exchange have an effect on actual production including burning winding and harm to insulation,ect.This problem can be solved by calibrating bus bar residual voltage,phase difference and determine exactly open circuit time constant.After exchanging the power,we can use PC control when restart the motor to make the procedure of starting up more suitable.
