切向燃烧炉膛烟气残余旋转的量化及应用

摘要 炉膛出口气流残余旋转被认为是切向燃烧锅炉的固有问题。研究炉膛出口气流残余旋转 ,找出其影响因素是许多工程设计人员极其关注的课题 ,本文旨在研究炉膛出口气流残余旋转旋流数SW 对残余旋转的影响 ,找出其解决办法 ,并通过平圩电厂的应用来证实此结论。 The flue gas residual swirling at furnace outlet is considered as an essential problem for tangential firing boiler. Therefore, the investigations of flue gas residual swirling at furnace outlet and to find the factors which influence on the residual swirling are the important targets for research and design engineers.This technical paper is to investigate the influence of residual swirling vortex number S w on the residual swirling at furnace outlet and to provide the measures to solve this problem. The conclusion of investigation has been proven by the modification of 600MW boiler in Ping Wei power plant.
