摘要
设计开发了一种用于微型飞行器半实物仿真实验的三轴摇摆台。摇摆台通过三个独立的轴系来实现所需要仿真的三个转角 ,下层轴系利用大输出力矩的步进电机进行开环控制 ,中、上层轴系利用直流电机配合高精度编码器进行闭环控制。通过计算机控制系统来控制摇摆台的角位移输出。
Presents a small rotate table with three axes developed for the test and experiment of micro sensors and micro measuring units used in micro aerial vehicles.The simulator is constructed with three independent axes to fulfill the corresponding three angular motions.The bottom mechanism is driven by a step-motor with open loop control.The middle and top mechanisms are driven by two precise DC-motors with close loop control.A computer controlled system is used to drive the simulator.The angular resolution is 0.01°.
