A module with new voltage sensor and current sensor matched with single-chip system is studied.This system not only can carry out measure and figure display of power-factor,but also can control the equipment to compensate power-factor.he basic operation theory of this measuring and controlling instrument,as well as hardware configuration and software design of single-chip is discussed.
