摘要
文章论述磨削内圈沟道圆度的几何特征 ,分析其影响因素及其内在联系 ,确定磨削内圈沟道圆度建模的试验因素 ,按混合型正交表进行试验设计 ,考虑因素间交互效应 ,通过对试验数据逐步回归建模 ,建立磨削圆度与工艺参数关系的数学模型 ,并以三维曲面直观地表示磨削工艺参数对圆度的影响情况 ,进一步分析圆度数学模型 ,得出几点有实用价值的结论。
The paper discusses the geometric characteristics of the roundness in grinding the inside grooves of the bearing, analyzing the effecting factors and the inter_relationships. The test factors of roundness modeling in grinding the inside grooves have been specified, test design has been conducted according to the hybrid perpendicularity, and the inter_effects of the factors have been considered. Through regressive modeling the test data progressively,the mathematics model between the grinding roundness and the process parameters has been established, and the effectiveness of the grinding parameters to the roundness have been visually displayed in 3D surface. Through further analyzing the mathematics model, several results with practical values have been gained.
