小孔喷丸加工的工艺特性及其加工控制研究

研究了小孔内壁喷丸强化加工的喷射方法 ,介绍了小孔内壁喷丸强化处理的工艺特性 ,提出了“把喷丸强度的均衡性作为主要影响因素来制定其工艺控制方案”的思路 ,并给出了与工艺特性相关的运动控制模式。

In this paper, the technological specific properties have been discussed about small_hole shot_blast strengthening treatment for small_hole's inside wall and the method to spurt shots have been researched. The idea is put forwardthat the demand of keeping balanced strength on small_hole'sinside wall is the key factor, with which technological control scheme will be drawn up. Furthermore, the motion control models of shot_blast's head have been given.
