原油外销计量站规范设计及生产运行控制的探讨

根据国际上计量站设计的通用规则 ,结合多年来现场应用的经验 ,针对原计量站设计中存在的问题 ,阐述设计原油外销计量站应遵循的规范和注意问题 ,以及为确保原油计量的准确 ,在生产运行中所要采取的控制措施。

According to the common used plan of the design of international metrical center and the experience of field application in many years, and to against the problems in existing design of the metrical center, the standard of raw oil export metrical center and the issues to be noted are described. To maintain the accuracy of raw oil metering the control measures to be taken in production control are also presented.
