摘要
建立了适合拍摄熔化极电弧焊熔滴过渡过程的高速摄影系统。介绍了在光路的设计、背光光源的选择、转向和分幅措施的采用及放大率、摄影频率的确定等方面应采取的措施 ,其结论对熔化极电弧焊熔滴过渡过程的高速摄影技术有较高的参考价值。
A proper high-speed photography system is established for recording the process of metal transfer of arc welding with consumable electrode. The paper points out that some measures should be taken on the design of light-path, the selection of backward light source, the adoption of diversion and length-divided and the definition of magnification and the frequency of recording. The conclusion possesses high reference value on the technology of high-speed photography in the metal transfer process of arc welding with consumable electrode.
