摘要
在高斯热源的基础上 ,通过分析焊接热源的特点 ,根据热输入相当提出带状热源模型 ,并与点热源结合 ,进一步提出串热源模型。实践证明 ,该模型在结构件焊接过程的数值模拟中可大大提高计算效率 ,并保持相当的精度 ,而且建模灵活、方便 ,特别是对于大网格具有高斯热源不可替代的收敛性。采用该热源模型 ,在商用软件的基础上 ,进行了三峡 1 2 0 0 t桥式起重机腹板与 T形钢焊接过程的数值模拟 ,得到与现场测量相当吻合的结果。
The string heat source is established on the basis of Gauss model, and both of them have equally heat input. But the new model has some more advantages in welding process numerical simulations than traditional one. It has far higher analyzing efficiency and is more convenient and flexible to be used in boundary conditions. Especially in the analysis of large meshes it has the convergency which can not be matched by Gauss model. Just by using string heat model and commercial software MARC, the welding process of T steel and side plate which are used in the 1200T bridge crane of Yangtze hydroelectric power station is simulated, and fairly coincidences between analysis and measurement are obtained.
