2000年太原市某区5岁以下儿童死亡情况与漏报调查分析

A Survey of Death and Missing Report Rate in Children under 5 Years Old in a Certain District of Taiyuan City in 2000

目的 :为了准确掌握我市某区 2 0 0 0年 5岁以下儿童死亡情况及是否存在漏报 ,分析主要死因变动趋势 ,我们开展了 5岁以下儿童死亡情况的漏报调查。调查结束显示 :① 5岁以下儿童死亡漏报率 :新生儿为 9. 5 2 % ,婴儿为 2 0 % ,0岁～ 4岁为 2 0 %。② 5岁以下儿童死亡年龄构成以婴幼儿为主 ,占到这次 5岁以下死亡数的全部 ,在婴儿死亡中 ,新生儿死亡占婴儿死亡数的 84%。③先天异常、窒息、肺炎、早产为该区 5岁以下儿童死亡的主要原因。提示 :要注重妇幼保健工作 ,特别是孕期及新生儿期保健 ,健全死亡登记制度。

Objective To have a clear picture of death in children below 5 and to see if there is missing report and analyse the tendency to leading causes of death.Methods The author made a survey of death in children below 5 in a certain district of Taiyuan in 2000.Results a) the missing report rate was 9.52% in new-born infants,20%in infants and 20% in infants aged 0～4.b) The death of infants and young children accounted for the total of the death of children belows 5 in this survey. The mortality of infants accounted for 84%.c) congenital abnormality,asphyxia,pneumonia and premature labor were the leading causes of the death.Conclusion Attention should be paid to the care of women and children,especially to the care of gestational period and neonatal period,and the death note system should be improved.
