摘要
目的 :用于检测小儿血中骨源性碱性磷酸酶 (NBAP)催化活性 ,以筛查或辅助诊断因钙营养不良引起的骨钙化障碍或其它原因引起的代谢性骨病。方法 :采用免疫渗透和全血干化学技术原理。结果 :测定 380例 0岁~ 5岁儿童NBAP活性 ,亚临床佝偻病占 18. 2 % ,临床佝偻病占 9. 2 %。讨论 :该法简便、快速、特异、敏感 ,有利于早期发现 ,早期预防和早期治疗佝偻病。
Objective To measure the catalytic activity of BAP in neonate blood and to make a rapid screening and accessory diagnosis of hypocalcification due to calcium deficiency or metaboilc bone disease caused by other factors.Methods Immunoconcentration and whole dry chemistry were used.Results NBAP activity was determined in 380 infants aged 0 to 5.Rickets accounted for 18.1%,and clinical rickets 9.2%.Conclusion This method is simple,quick,specific and sensitive,it may help early prevention and treatment.
