摘要
采用海绵钛为“牺牲”阳极 ,在无隔膜电解槽中 ,电化学一步法制备了纳米TiO2 前驱体钛酸乙酯Ti(OEt) 4 。电合成时最佳电流密度为 30 0A·m-2 ,电极电位宜控制在 2V(vsSCE)以上 ,温度控制在 6 0~ 70℃ ,电解液使用前应严格除水 ,导电盐宜选择有机溴化铵 ,电流效率为 88 7% ,通过控制电解电量 ,产品质量分数最高可达 6 3 5 % ,浓缩提纯后质量分数为 99 7% ,乙醇回收率为79%。
Titanium ethoxide was directly prepared using titanium as sacrificial anode in absolute ethanol.The product was characterized by Raman spectra and elementary analysis.The influence of temparture,conductive additives and trace of water on product yield was also investigated.The optimum operating conditions established were current density of 300 A·m -2 ,anode pofential of 2 V(vs SCE) and cell temperature of 60-70 ℃.Bu 4NBr was selected as conductive additive.The current efficiency could reach 88 7%.Preventing titanium anode from being passiviated can improve the product yield.
