双乙酸钠的生产工艺开发

Process Development of Sodium Diacetate

探讨了以碳酸钠和冰醋酸为原料生产新型防腐剂双乙酸钠 ,反应条件为 :n(Na2 CO3 )∶n(HAc) =1∶4 ,溶剂为水 ,反应温度为 73℃ ,反应时间为 1～ 2h ,双乙酸钠的产率可达 98 5 % ,w[(CH3 COO) 2 HNa]=98 0 % 。

Preparation of new antiseptic sodium diacetate from sodium carbonate and acetic acid is discussed in this paper.The reaction conditions were detemined.The molar ratio of sodium cabonate to acetic acid was 1∶4,reaction temperature was 73 ℃,and reaction time was 1-2 h.Sodium diacetate was obtained in 98 5% yield.Purity of sodium diacetate reached 98 0 %,and was up to FAO/WHO standard .
