摘要 基于Edwards模型对NH3 CO2 H2 O体系进行了热力学平衡模拟计算 ,开发了在较稀浓度范围内收敛性较好的计算程序 ,所得计算结果与文献实验数据的偏差在允许范围之内。对尿素流程冷凝工段的闪蒸过程进行了模拟计算 ,结果同实验数据及设计数据吻合较好。 Based on the Edwards′ thermodynamic model,the program of simulation calculation has been developed for NH 3 CO 2 H 2O solution.The comparison with literature data reveals a good agreement.This program has been applied for calculating the phase equilibrium of the condensers in the urea process successfully.The calculated results agreed well with the design values.
