安全剂R-28725保护玉米免受咪唑乙烟酸药害的机理研究

Studies on the Mechanism of Action of R-28725 Protecting Corn from the Phytotoxicity of Imazethapyr

研究了安全剂 R- 2 872 5对玉米的保护作用及对咪唑乙烟酸的解毒机理。当咪唑乙烟酸的使用量为 2 0、4 0、6 0 g/ hm2 时 ,R- 2 872 5能够明显提高玉米株高、株鲜重和产量 ,直接增加植株体内谷胱甘肽 (GSH)活性 ,增加咪唑乙烟酸与谷胱甘肽的轭合 。

The mechanism of R 28725 for reducing the phytotoxicity of imazethapyr to corn was studied. The growth of corn was influenced by imazethapyr of 20?40?60 g/hm 2. The optimium application of R 28725 was achieved. R 28725 stimulated the activites of glutathione(GSH) and the content of proline in corn, which results in accelerated detoxification of imazethapyr via GSH conjugation. Therefore, it can be concluded that R 28725 may protect corn form the injury of imazethapyr.
