四种杀虫剂对桃蚜和异色瓢虫的选择毒性及害虫生物防治与化学防治的协调性评价 被引量:46

摘要 测定了吡虫啉、鱼藤酮、阿维菌素和印楝素 4种杀虫剂对桃蚜及其捕食性天敌异色瓢虫成虫的相对毒力。 4种药剂对桃蚜的毒力大小依次为阿维菌素 >吡虫啉 >鱼藤酮 >印楝素 ,其 L C50 分别为 0 .0 4 2、1.96、6 .5 4和 10 .17mg/ L。对异色瓢虫的 L C50 则分别为 10 0 9.4 2、2 0 1.89、82 0 2 .90和大于 75 0 0 mg/ L,益害毒性比分别为 2 4 0 33.81、10 3.0 1、12 5 4.2 7和大于 786 .6 3。4种药剂在有效防治桃蚜的前提下对天敌异色瓢虫的安全性依次为阿维菌素 >鱼藤酮 >印楝素 >吡虫啉。阿维菌素、吡虫啉、印楝素和鱼藤酮这 The comparative toxicity of four insecticides imidacloprid, rotenone, abamectin and azadirachtin on the green peach aphid Myzus persicae (Sulzer) and its predatory natural enemy multicolored Asian ladybird Harmonia axyridis (Pallas) adults was determined. The toxicity of these 4 insecticides on the green peach aphid was abamectin>imidacloprid>rotenone>azadirachtin, the LC 50 s were 0.042, 1.96, 6.54 and 10.17 mg/L, and LC 50 s on multicolored Asian ladybird were 1009.42, 201.89, 8202.90 and>7500 mg/L, the toxicity ratios (LC 50 of insecticide on ladybird/LC 50 of insecticide on aphid) were 24033.81, 103.01, 1254.27 and>786.63,respectively. When giving effective control to the M. persicae , the safety of 4 insecticides to the natural enemy H. axyridis was abamectin>rotenone>azadirachtin>imidacloprid. Abamectin, imidacloprid, azadirachtin and rotenone could be applied effectively in the integrated pest management program.
