摘要
在 (2 6± 1)℃、光周期 14∶ 10 (光照∶黑暗 )、相对湿度 5 0 %~ 75 %的人工气候箱中 ,用以黄豆、小麦、酵母粉为主要原料 ,配以蔗糖、琼脂、山梨酸、对羟基苯甲酸甲酯 (尼泊金 )、维生素 C、复合维生素液、KOH液、乙酸液、甲醛液配制成的人工饲料饲养各虫态苜蓿夜蛾 ,连续饲养 17代 ,单雌产卵量、孵化率、幼虫成活率、幼虫期、蛹期、蛹重、化蛹率和羽化率等未出现退化现象。成虫补充糖分加复合维生素等营养成分 。
Heliothis viriplaca were reared with artificial diet under the condition of (26±1) ℃, 14L∶10D. The medium was composed of soybean power, brewer's yeast, wheat bran powder, ascorbic acid, methyl p hydroxybenzoate, sorbic acid, agar, sugar, VB 1, VB 2, VB 3, VB 5, VB 6, VB C, V H,VB 12 , potassium hydroxide, acetic acid, formaldehyde and water. The medium could satisfactorily support the growth of Heliothis viriplaca . There were no remarkable change in eggs, hatchability, survival rate and durations of larva, adult durations, pupal durations, pupal weight, pupation rate and emergence rate over 17 generations fed on the artificial diet. Compensated with different nutritious sources, the sequence sorted by average number of reproduction by one female moth of Heliothis viriplaca is sugar+VB 1, VB 2, VB 3, VB 5, VB 6, VB C, V H, VB 12 >sugar+Vc>sugar>water.
